  1. Mortgage Protection
    Mortgage Protection Insurance protects those left in the home after a borrower either passes away prior to the mortgage term or has a serious illness.
  2. Final Expense
    Final Expense Insurance provides payment for burial costs and any final expenses upon someone's death.
  3. Life Insurance
    Most Life Insurance will have a death benefit above that of a Mortgage Protection or Final Expense plan. These policies will also generally require a medical exam. We have both term policies and permanent policies to offer our clients.
  4. Tax-Free Retirement
    Tax-Free Retirement is a plan set up, usually using an Index Universal Life policy that is over funded to accumulate cash that can be taken out during retirement, Tax Free. These policies will also provide a death benefit.
  5. Medicare Supplement
    When someone reaches the age of 65 and is eligible for Medicare there is a shortage of 20% that Medicare does not cover. A Medicare Supplement plan covers the the 20% difference.
  6. Retirement Income Planning
    When someone retires, losing any retirement funds can be disastrous. We saw this happen to many people in 2008. We have plans that are able to allow people to participate in the upside of the market, while not being exposed to any downside risk.
